excellent breakfast and location
central location good breakfast complimentary drinks
the location is central with great access to transportation. the breakfast was really good with many choices. the room was super clean and a decent size. it had complimentary drinks too. i liked having gluten-free bread at breakfast.

helpful staff nice style
The staff stored my bag for free all day after i checked out, that was quite helpful. the rooms have a nice style. I found them quite convenient.
The hotel is very small. I think it has only about 40 rooms.

airport tram friendly staff varied breakfast
The location was close to the airport tram, offering convenient access! the staff was very friendly and helpful too. complimentary drinks and snacks were replenished daily. This was a nice touch. the breakfast included a menu, and a buffet. It gave many choices.
The lift seemed old. It felt a bit rickety.

cold food inattentive staff
The hot food offered during breakfast was sometimes cold. This proved inconsistent. The level of attentiveness varied across staff members. Some were notably helpful, while others were not. I also found that at check out the staff neglected to inquire about my experience, quite disappointing.

public transport helpful staff unclear marking website image
the location was good. i had excellent access to public transport. the staff was super helpful!!!
the hotel is not very clearly marked. it does not match the image on the website. we walked past it a few times as there wasn't any clear indication of the name.

Excellent Location and Great Amenities
central location complimentary drinks delicious breakfast helpful staff
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to st andrews square. It made getting around very easy. the complimentary drinks and snacks in my room were replenished daily, this was a nice touch. the breakfast included in my rate was delicious, with many options available. the staff members were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions i had.
I noticed a slight bit of damp damage on the window wall in my room. It was purely cosmetic though.

the hotel is situated very close to the tram stop, providing easy access to the airport, the location is also convenient for walking to nearby attractions like st andrews square. there is a lift available providing easy access to all floors in the hotel.

The standard double room included a fridge and coffee maker. It also had complimentary water and snacks. the bathroom included all expected amenities, it felt super clean. the room was well-appointed, with a good level of comfort.
